- The product has not been opened or tampered with, by any unauthorized person.
- The unit is brought to and taken from service centre at the customer’s cost and risk (Except for Whiteboards) where we provide onsite warranty.
- The cash memo/ copy of invoice/ Bill are presented with the complaint.
- The product has been installed, used and maintained in accordance with the instruction manual.
