Our Return Policy in Brief

  • Except for Special Order Products, Genee agrees to accept the return of any or all Products and agrees to carry out repairs of products in and out of warranty provided they are accompanied by an RMA number previously advised by Genee customer services department and a copy of the suppliers sales invoice and are sent in their original packaging or same or similar material.
  • The customer shall notify Genee within 7 working days of any delivery discrepancies, other than for the purposes set out in If Genee issues a returns number (RMA), goods must be returned to Genee within 7 working days of the date thereof.
  • If Genee has agreed to carry out repairs or to replace Products or any parts, the Customer irrevocably authorises Genee to carry out such repairs or provide such replacements as shall render the Product/Products in proper working order.
  • Genee shall accept no liability for any damage or loss in transit to Products. If Genee has agreed to accept the return of Products then the Products must be returned in their original packaging and in a clean re- saleable condition failing which Genee will refuse to accept the same and the Customer shall remain liable for the price thereof.
